Maximum capacity 180, or 84 seated

Features: Folding tables and folding/stacking chairs,
 piano, public Wi-Fi, screen, projector, sink

A digital projector, large screen and sound system
 are available for an additional fee.

Room capacity with tables and chairs in use is 84.

This room can be rented both during and outside Library hours.

Renters may bring in food for meetings and use
of this room for event catering is also permitted.

May be reserved separately from the Event Room.

Q: Does it cost to reserve a study, conference, meeting or event room at the Library?
A:
All study rooms and some conference rooms are available to reserve and use on a time-limited basis at no charge for library card holders. Our larger meeting and event rooms generally require a fee for use. Click here for a current fee schedule for rental of the Main Library Community Room, Events Room, Board Room and Multipurpose Room, as well as the Shute Park Meeting Room.
Q: Can our organization rent a room at the Library for fundraising?
A:
No. Use of Library rooms for financial gain is prohibited, except for fundraising benefitting the Library.
Q: How often can I rent a room?
A:

You can rent rooms up to three times per month, up to 90 days in advance of your event. The Board Room can be rented up to six months in advance for regular monthly meetings.

Q: Are we allowed to eat in the meeting rooms?
A:
Yes, and cleaning deposits are required. Eating is not permitted in the study or conference rooms.
Q: How do I go about renting a room?
A:
The first step is to request it online; your reservation will hold your spot until your completed application is confirmed by Library staff; confirmations are sent by email. Staff may phone or email you to clarify your request. Payment is required within a week of confirmation. You can pay with a VISA, Discover, MasterCard, checks or cash.
