Does it cost to reserve a study, conference, meeting or event room at the Library?
Do I need a library card to reserve a study or conference room?
Can I make more than one reservation at a time?

Q: Does it cost to reserve a study, conference, meeting or event room at the Library?
A:
All study rooms and some conference rooms are available to reserve and use on a time-limited basis at no charge for library card holders. Our larger meeting and event rooms generally require a fee for use. Click here for a current fee schedule

for rental of the Brookwood Library Community Room, Events Room, Board Room and Multipurpose Room, as well as the Shute Park Meeting Room.

Q: Do I need a library card to reserve a study or conference room?
A:
Yes, the online reservation system only works with a valid WCCLS library card and PIN number.
Q: Can I make more than one reservation at a time?
A:
Yes, you can reserve rooms twice in 7 days, up to 30 days in advance (including today).
Q: How long may I reserve the room for?
A:
Your reservation can be from 30 minutes to three hours.
Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A:
You can cancel your reservation online anytime. Your confirmation email contains cancellation instructions. Staff may cancel a reservation if you're at least 15 minutes late, but it's preferable for you to cancel your own reservation so the system is up to date for other patrons.
