In an effort to improve the current state of the failing asphalt on SE Clipper Lane the City of Hillsboro will be making a series of improvements to the  roadway and adjacent area. The SE Clipper Lane Improvement Project makes improvements to SE Clipper Lane between SE 3rd Avenue and SE 5th Avenue in Hillsboro.  

Proposed Improvements

The project is designed to improve road conditions and drainage to create a more functional area.  Proposed improvements include:

• Replace asphalt 
• Install curbs along SE Clipper Lane
• Install new stormwater infrastructure
