In accordance with 24 CFR 91.05(c)(2) and subpart B of the federal regulations relative to citizen participation for Community Planning and Development Programs and applicable waivers made available to those requirements through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), the City of Hillsboro is making an amendment to the 2019 Annual Action Plan available to the public through this notice.

Public Comment Period and Process

The Action Plan Amendment is available for a six-day public review and comment period from May 28, 2020 through June 2, 2020 at 5 pm.

• Copies can be found on our Community Development Block Grant webpage. The plan will be linked under CDBG-CV.
• Community members wishing to submit written comments may email comments no later than June 2, 2020 to Omar Martinez, Community Development Program Coordinator.

Public Hearing

One public hearing will be held on the draft plans.
