Join Jackson Bottom Wetlands for a slow and gentle forest therapy walk. Forest Therapy is a relational practice that brings people into a deeper connection with natural places and themselves. During the walk, you will receive a series of invitations to help slow down, engage your senses, release stress, and be more present as you connect with the natural world and experience the restoration qualities of nature.
