Fall Pool Schedule (September 16 through January 4)
Recreation Swim: Warm Water & Main Pools
Open to people of all ages. Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied in the water by an adult at all times.
- Monday through Friday: 7 pm to 9 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 1 pm to 4 pm
Preschool Swim: Warm Water Pool
Open to youth up to 7 years with an adult in the water. Space is shared with other SHARC programming, including swim lessons. You may be asked to leave the pool if an activity is scheduled in that or the surrounding space. The fountain play feature is not turned on during this time.
- Monday through Friday: 11 am to 3:30 pm
- Saturday: 7 am to 8:45 am
- Sunday: 8 am to 12:45 pm
Sensory Friendly Swim: Warm Water Pool
Enjoy the Warm Water Pool with reduced lighting, noise, and occupancy for a calmer experience for swimmers of all ages. Sensory Swim is self-led and adult supervision is required. At least one adult/guardian must remain present to supervise at all times. Supervising adults attend for free. Children 7 and younger must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
- Saturdays and Sundays: 4:10 pm to 5 pm

Individual Exercise
Independent water exercise, water walking, and fitness swimming. Both Pools may not be available at all times. Space is shared with other SHARC programming, including WEX classes, swim lessons, and Preschool Swim. Recreational activities are not allowed. You may be asked to leave the pool if an activity is scheduled in that or the surrounding space.
Warm Water Pool
- Monday through Friday: 5:30 am to 8 am
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 am to 11 am
- Saturday: 7 am to 8:45 am
- Sunday: 8 am to 12:45 pm
Main Pool
- Monday through Friday: 5:30 am to 6:50 pm
- Saturday: 7 am to 12:50 pm
- Sunday: 8 am to 12:50 pm
Adult Individual Exercise: Warm Water Pool
Those 18 years and older may exercise and relax. Space is shared with swim lessons and other SHARC programming.
- Monday through Friday: 11 am to 3:30 pm & 6 to 6:50 pm
- Saturday: 12:10 pm to 1 pm
Know Before You Go
- Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including in the water.
- Guests using the pools and spa must wear a swimsuit. Cotton T-shirts, shorts, cut-offs, tank tops, and undergarments are not allowed in the pools or spa.
- Guests who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper covered by a water-proof, leak-proof diaper cover or a swim suit with a liner.
- Lifejackets are free and available for use during Recreation/Open swims. Flotation devices that are not US Coast Guard approved are not permitted in the pools.
- Main Indoor Pool water temperature is approximately 84° F.
- Warm Water Pool water temperature is approximately 88° F.
- Outdoor Pool (seasonal) water temperature is approximately 82° F.
- SHARC sponsored activities have priority in the pools. You may be asked to leave an area if an activity is scheduled in that or the surrounding space.
- Spectators are required to stay in designated seating areas on pool deck.
- All Gender Changing Rooms are in high demand. Please be considerate to other families waiting to use a room and dress quickly.
- To swim in deep water, use the diving board, and ride the slide (if under 48 inches tall), swimmers 15 years and under are required to the take Deep Water Swim Test (DWST). Swim Tests are performed in the Main Indoor Pool during Recreation Swim. Successful completion includes:
- Swim the length of the pool without touching the bottom of the pool or stopping.
- Swim front crawl with face in the water.
- Take breaths by breathing to the side or to the front, but face must return to water.
- Schedules subject to change.
