Whether this is your first 5K or your fiftieth, run, roll or walk your way to the finish.

Run for your Heart 5k will be out and back on the Rock Creek Trail from the Cherry Lane Trailhead. Race information including parking will be emailed prior to the event.

 Pre-registration is required. Sign up online. 

These events are rain or shine. An accessible route is available.

Children 17 and under are free.
