Spanish Basic Mediation Training

Basic Mediation Training is a transformative experience designed to equip participants with essential listening skills, emphasizing reflective listening with an equity lens to provide a safe space for people to engage in conversation. This unique approach fosters understanding and empathy, enabling mediators to navigate conflicts with sensitivity and insight. Participants will engage in practical exercises that promote restorative practices, allowing them to facilitate a mediation through the use of role plays. Conducted entirely in Spanish, this training creates a welcoming space for Spanish speakers to enhance their skills and make a meaningful impact. Join us to deepen your understanding of mediation and empower yourself to help others resolve conflicts effectively and compassionately.
