Hillsboro’s’ fantastic parks feature an array of native plants, from low growing sword fern to mighty oaks. These plants provide us with beauty, shade, food, water, and oxygen. Join our evening plant walks at various parks this summer in order to learn more about them. In our one hour walk you can meet a number of plant species and learn how to recognize them. Then continue your walk if you wish to, because now you have some friends in the forest! Free. No pre-registration required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All ages.
