Labor Day Holiday (Monday, September 5): City offices and libraries are closed. Some facilities will remain open.

There may be changes in scheduled activities and classes. Please check with the individual facility for more information. This is not an all-inclusive list of City closures and schedule changes.

• Brookwood and Shute Park Libraries will be closed on Labor Day. Brookwood will remain closed September 6 and 7 for construction.

• SHARC will be closed on Labor Day. SHARC will also be closed for Annual Maintenance from August 29 to September 18. During this time (except for Labor Day) the lobby will be open, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4 pm, for registration, membership inquiries, and other general business.

• Hidden Creek will be open from 10 am to 4 pm. No classes or Kids Club.

• The Senior Center will be closed.

• The Walters Cultural Arts Center will be closed.

• The Jackson Bottom Nature Center will be closed.

• The Fire & Rescue Department will respond to 911 calls as usual.

• The Police Department will operate as usual.
