Activation Fee & Documentation Required

An activation fee and documentation of new ownership or new renter status will be required before starting utility service at your new residence.

New Owner Documentation

Any document that states the buyer’s name, seller’s name, closing/estimated closing date, and service address.

New Renter Documentation

First page of rental/lease agreement showing renter’s name, owner/property management name, service address, dates of residency, and last page of the lease showing signatures from all parties.
