Hillsboro's Sister City: Fukuroi, Japan
Hillsboro and Fukuroi celebrated 35 years as a Sister City in November 2023. Throughout the years, the two cities have participated in student and employee exchange programs, annual gift exchanges of cultural artifacts, and more.
