Barre: Enjoy a fun, invigorating workout that develops muscular endurance, strength, dynamic balance, flexibility and of course core strength. A ballet inspired strength training that incorporates Pilates and Yoga. Low impact but high intensity. All fitness levels welcome.
Cardio Circuit: Strengthen your heart and body in this intermediate low impact aerobics class. The easy-to-follow class format utilizes your own body weight and other exercise equipment to promote cardio health, increase muscle strength and strengthen your core muscles.
Core & Strength: Designed to strengthen core muscles while improving posture through a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and entire posterior chain muscles while increasing range-of-motion and flexibility.
Cycling: This class will incorporate authentic cycling principals, energizing playlists and intelligent intervals to help you build cardiovascular fitness, push your muscular endurance and become a better, stronger athlete. You will be able to customize your ride for your current fitness level. This class is for everyone!
Flex: This 45 minute class focuses on stretching and flexibility. A slow pace allowing you to relax deeper into stretches and leaving your body feeling refreshed, relaxed and strong.
Functional Strength: This total body strength training class will focus on core, balance, stretching and flexibility. Contributing to daily living and ease of regular activities. Focus on using dumbbells and body weight to build strength.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga is a practice where you will move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture.
Hip Hop: Come let loose as we learn choreography and practice dance techniques to some old and new school hip hop music! All skill levels are welcome, but be prepared to be challenged, nonetheless. Bring your sneakers.
Pilates: Pilates is a low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. You will get a full body workout with a focus on strengthening your core.
Silver & Fit: A low intensity, low impact workout designed for those with joint challenges. Through the use of props such as weights and resistance bands you will perform exercises to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion and build muscle strength. This class can be adapted depending on your fitness level and abilities.
Silver Sneakers: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted depending on your fitness level and abilities.
Strength and Flex: A strength training class for everyone! Work every major muscle group using safe and effective techniques with an extra emphasis on stretching, elongating your muscles and flexibility.
Qi Gong (formerly Tai Chi): This class combines the movements of Tai Chi, Yoga, balancing and breathing exercises. Enjoy this one hour class for a full body meditative, calming and relaxing class while gaining flexibility.
Total Body Circuit: This is a total body strength building class. You will use body weight and equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands and kettlebells. These exercises will keep your heart pumping providing a cardio & strength building workout.
Yoga: Join us in taking your practice to another level of calm and serenity as you move through a gentle flow and hold poses for extended breath cycles. Feel grounded and strong as you connect your breath to your movement, finding harmony in your mental and physical strength. This class is suitable for all levels, beginner through advanced.
Yoga and Strength: Start your day with a class designed to strike a balance between strength and flexibility training. Experience an energizing power yoga flow followed by the calming effects of gentle stretching. You will gain confidence in your body’s ability to face the challenges of the day. This class is suitable for all levels. Please provide your own mat.
Zumba: Get your Dance on with this fun and energetic cardio class. This class brings a mix of upbeat Latin music and dance styles that will surely get your heart beat pumping!
Group Fitness Class Reminders
- Classes are included with the purchase of your Membership Pass or Single Visit Fee.
- Classes may be canceled based on attendance and instructor availability.
- Classes may be canceled if less than three participants are present 10 minutes after starting time.
- Class instructors are subject to change.
- A maximum of 15 participants are allowed in each class.
- Only authorized personnel are allowed to instruct or personal train in the Group Exercise Room. Groups of two or more using the group exercise/cycling and weight rooms need to have prior approval.
