Leadership
The Hillsboro Police Department is led by the Chief of Police, followed by the Deputy Chief.

The Patrol and Services Divisions are led by sworn police commanders. The Analytic Services Branch and the Business Operations Branch are led by police executive managers. The Office of Professional Standards is overseen by the Deputy Chief.
