About

The project will replace and increase the size of the existing sanitary sewer line located North of Highway 26 to NE Jacobson. A combination of boring and open trench methods will be used to replace a total of 3,500 linear feet of original pipe.

Proposed Improvements

The project is designed to upsize and improve the sanitary sewer line to increase sewage capacity, improve maintenance and cleaning efforts, and support future development.

Proposed improvements include:

• Replace approximately 1,900 linear feet of 18-in diameter pipe with 24-in diameter sanitary sewer line.
• Replace approximately 1,600 linear feet of 12-in diameter pipe with 18-in diameter sanitary sewer line.

Project Timeline

• 100% Design: Completed
• Bid: April 2023
• Construction: Spring 2024
