The City is currently working on a design study to examine street conditions from East Main Street to Northeast Grant Street and North 1st Avenue to North 6th Avenue.

This project stems from the City's commitment to continued modernization of the downtown area.

This study will evaluate: 

Downtown Streets Reconstruction
  • Pavement Condition
  • Driver functionality/turning radius/safety
  • Pedestrian accessibility/parking
  • Utility Design Life
