About

The project will take place along SE Minter Bridge Road between SE Meadowlark Drive and SE Gerhard Drive. The Contractor will be making improvements to the sanitary sewer and storm lines. While the work on the new sanitary line is being completed, a temporary sewer bypass system will be installed. During construction there will be some impact to traffic on Minter Bridge Road.

Proposed Improvements

The project is designed to repair the sanitary sewer and storm line to increase capacity and improve maintenance and cleaning efforts. 

Proposed improvements include:

• Construct approximately 1,350 linear feet of 15-in and 430 linear feet of 8-in sanitary sewer line.
• Relocate approximately 40 linear feet and replace 30 linear feet of 30-in storm lines.
• Construction of manholes at specific location.
