Fats, Oils & Grease Go in the Garbage
Help keep Fats, Oils & Grease out of the public sanitary sewer system and reduce the risk of wastewater backing up into your home, streets, parks, or streams.
Follow These Easy Steps
Sink screens placed in all drains to catch food waste.
Discard food scraps from plates, pots, and pans into the trash or compost bin and not down the garbage disposal.
Wipe pots and dishes with a paper towel prior to dishwashing.
Pour Fats, Oils & Grease into a covered disposable container, freeze it, and dispose of in trash.
