Free Laptop Program
Consistent with the City of Hillsboro’s equity mission and as an extension of HiLight’s Bridge program, HiLight has introduced a new supplemental program for awarding free Windows laptops and Microsoft Office licenses to Hillsboro residents who are in need of devices to get connected.
Along with the Bridge service, this three-year program will serve as the second leg for elevating broadband connectivity among the City’s low-income and under-connected. This program will be directly tied to HiLight’s Bridge program and a connection to HiLight.
