Equipment Returns
When you discontinue HiLight service, we ask that you return any HiLight equipment that is not bolted down. If the equipment has been bolted down in the home or garage, we prefer to leave it in the premise, and it will be assigned to the address/premise in our records.
If however, it is not bolted down, and was connected as a free-standing or desktop device, then it is assigned to your account and we request that it be returned to HiLight upon discontinuation of service.
Please note that a charge equal to replacement cost will be assessed for any unreturned or damaged HiLight equipment.
