After Hours Inspections

The City of Hillsboro Building Division provides inspections daily Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, except for City holidays. We understand that sometimes inspections are needed outside of regular business hours to avoid disturbance to business operations. Our inspectors can visit your job site outside of regular business hours by submitting a request below.

Monday through Friday

Minimum two hours
$75 per hour plus 12% state surcharge

Weekends and Holidays

Minimum four hours
$75 per hours plus 12% state surcharge

To ensure that Building inspectors will be available, please submit your request no later than two business days prior to the inspection date. Building staff will send an invoice and confirm that your requested inspection has been scheduled.
