Meeting, Conference, and Study Rooms (Brookwood and Shute Park Libraries)
Meeting, conference, and study rooms at the Brookwood and Shute Park libraries are available free of charge during the Library’s regular open hours.
The Event Room at Brookwood Library
The Event Room at the Brookwood Library is available for rent from 8am to 11pm daily. Rentals after regular Library business hours requires that a Program and Facilities attendant be available and will not be confirmed until one is in place for the event.
Fees for the Event Room are broken into two rates based upon the status of the organization or individual as a Resident or Non-Resident.
- The resident rate applies to individuals when the applicant is a Hillsboro resident. The resident rate also applies to organizations whose business address is in the City of Hillsboro.
- The non-resident rate applies to individuals when the applicant’s address is outside Hillsboro city limits. The non-resident rate also applies to organizations whose business address is outside Hillsboro city limits.
Rental fees for the Event Room are:
- Resident Rate - $120 per hour
- Non-Resident Rate - $150 per hour
