Responsibilities:
Planning, directing and leading the activities of the Police Department. The Chief assumes management responsibility for all police services including enforcement of laws, statutes, and ordinances; crime prevention, criminal investigation, emergency response, and any other law enforcement related activity. The Chief of Police engages the community in a collaborative manner to both deliver efficient services and build trusting relationships.

Mike Leader
Deputy Police Chief
Serving since 2000.
Responsibilities:
In coordination with the Chief of Police, the Deputy Chief of Police oversees all day-to-day Police Department operations. The Deputy Chief of Police adapts laws, statutes, and ordinances as well as professional standards into the policies and procedures that direct department employees.

Brian Wilber
Patrol Division Commander
Serving since 2005.
Responsibilities:
The Patrol Division is comprised of uniformed patrol which includes police officers, sergeants, and watch commanders. Our agency's Traffic Unit, K9 Unit, Reserve Officer Program, and other specialized assignments are also under the Patrol Division.

Jincy Pace
Services Division Commander
Serving since 1998.
Responsibilities:
The Services Division includes Investigations, Youth Services, Community Outreach, Volunteers, Chaplains, Fleet, Logistics, Homeless Outreach and Crisis Intervention, Emergency Management, Code Compliance and Mediation. The Services Commander also serves as the Chairperson for the internal Use of Force Review Board.

Police Executive Manager - Business Operations Branch
Serving since 2016.
Responsibilities:
The Business Operations Branch is responsible for internal business-related matters including budget, payroll, HR liaisons, purchasing, technology, quartermaster/supply, facilities, contracts, grant oversight, and accreditation.

Leah Turner
Police Executive Manager - Analytic Services Branch
Serving since 2000.
Responsibilities:
The Analytic Services Branch is responsible for police data and analysis and includes the Law Enforcement Analytics Team, the Records Unit, and the Body Worn Camera Program. The Analytics Services Branch Executive Manager also coordinates the Police Chief's Community Advisory Group.
