Site Development & Right-of-Way Permits

    Site Work

Development Review consists of the review of construction plans and ensuring that projects are constructed as designed.

The City has adopted the Public Works Design and Construction Standards and adherence to these standards is required for all projects, large or small.

The Standard Specifications set important minimum requirements for the design and construction of public infrastructure in the City's public rights-of-way and easements.
